NEW - Deposits tracking page (under Controller menu), with add/edit/archive, a reconcile status toggle, and CSV export.

Deposits spreadsheet import now accepts both .xls and .xlsx files, lets you map spreadsheet columns to Deposit fields, and automatically detects the column header row even if the file has a title or extra rows above it.

NEW - Cancellation button on Virtual Terminal. If you need to cancel a transaction in progress you can now click the orange "Cancel Transaction" button to return the terminal to a waiting state. The Cancel Transaction button appears as soon as the "Wake Terminal" button is pressed.

Terminal Pre-Check - Check to see if terminal is connected (on virtual terminal page) and show warning if terminal does not respond.

Begin removal of "Press to Continue/Green Button" screen on DVSSPIn terminals.
